We are re-instating roll-up sessions for association croquet and golf croquet in order to make it easier and more flexible for members old and new to join in club games and to take advantage of recent relaxation in numbers of people attending club activities.
These roll-up sessions will appear as block bookings in the lawn booking system and members are welcome to attend without making prior bookings. As at present, apart from scheduled matches and competitions, unreserved slots will continue to be available for booking throughout the week by individual members for association croquet or golf croquet. Everyone present at the roll-up sessions and at individual bookings should be entered at the time in the attendance book on the shelf in the storeroom. In this way, the Club will be able to maintain a record of everyone attending.
Regular weekly roll-up sessions will normally be as follows but priority has sometimes to be given to scheduled league matches and competitions which will be shown on the lawn booking system.

When making individual bookings at other times on the lawn booking system, please be careful to adhere to the standard 1½ hour time slots starting at 10 am, 11.30 am, 1 pm, 2.30 pm, 4.00 pm and 5.30 pm. These time slots enable optimal use of the lawns and avoid creating gaps of ½ or 1 hour which are too short to allow others to arrange games.
